We are on the lookout for a visionary and experienced leader to join Aircall's dynamic team as the Sr. Manager/Director of  GTM Enablement & Acceleration. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy that empowers our go-to-market (GTM) teams and cultivates a thriving buyer enablement ecosystem. You will lead a global team of up to 5 passionate individuals, playing a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering customer success, driving customer education, and shaping the future of Aircall's learning and development landscape.

- Content architect: You will design, create, and curate a diverse range of engaging learning programs, content assets, and resources, equipping our GTM teams and partners with the necessary expertise to excel.
- Bridge builder: You will foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and customer success. This collaboration will ensure alignment, synergy, and the successful execution of our enablement and education initiatives.
- Data-driven decision maker: You will implement robust metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of your initiatives, demonstrating the tangible impact of GTM enablement & Acceleration on Aircall's success.
- Continuous learning advocate: You will stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in the GTM & Buyer enablement landscape, ensuring Aircall remains at the forefront of learning and development strategies, especially as it pertains to the usage of AI in the space.
