Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst - Airtable

As Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be joining the Commissions team in supporting a high-growth, fast-paced Sales Finance function. In this role, you will be driving the design, enablement, and distribution of the company’s global sales compensation plans, and supporting in the calculation and systems areas as needed. You will partner with Sales, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Legal, HR in the course of this work.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail, a passion for clear and efficient design, and a strong sense of both confidentiality and business judgment.  We’re looking for folks who know what good looks like, but who are flexible, resourceful, collaborative, and really excited to join us on our adventure to figure out both the right long-term vision and the right next steps for tomorrow.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$120,300$183,800 USD
