Program Manager, Product Development (Remote) - Aledade
The Program Manager will be a critical partner to Product, Engineering and other cross functional leads by bringing delivery predictability to complex programs at the company. They will report up to the Director of Program Management. As Program Manager they will lead strategic Programs by;
1.) Driving creation of strategic and achievable quarterly plans with all involved delivery teams
2.) Managing risks and implementing governance structures to drive decision-making
3.) Contributing to organization-wide initiatives to lesson operational burden of our teams
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.
