Our vision for the Adore vertical is to foster client love through excellent product experiences. The Operate team within Adore is primarily focused on improving the manual review experience for onboarding new customers and investigating ongoing suspicious activities. The Operate team’s product area has the highest client usage and largest user base across all Alloy’s product teams so the team has significant influence over their day-to-day experience.
Our mission for Operate this year is to dramatically increase adoption and usability of our ongoing investigation experience. Building an intuitive and robust user experience is critical to enabling our clients to deliver their financial products while preventing regulatory and financial losses associated with fraud, compliance, and credit risk.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager that will take the helm in defining and owning the strategic roadmap for the Operate team, charting the course for the evolution of our product. With a focus on client problem-solving and user delight, they will meticulously execute on this roadmap, collaborating closely with a passionate team of engineers and designers. Their leadership will be instrumental in bringing our future vision to fruition, ensuring the continuous enhancement of our product features and an unparalleled experience for our client’s operational teams.
