Program Management Executive
Responsibilities
· SOW / Contract administration
· SOW / Contract setup and tracking across multiple internal systems used across various departments like Sales (Salesforce), Engineering (Jira, Tempo), Finance (Netsuite)
· Contract budget / financials setup in respective systems
· Efforts spread out for project duration in respective systems as per project plans and inputs from project managers
· Internal initiatives / projects to be tracked with same discipline as SOW based projects
· Time Tracking:
· Tracking and ensuring 100% compliance for time reporting
· Reporting period closure and reporting on time tracking
· Synchronization of data across systems
· Utilization and Capacity reporting:
· Sales forecast based capacity plan build
· Team and roll up level utilization reporting
· Stream wise utilization reporting
· Trend analysis and summarized reporting
· Project / Program / Account level financials reporting:
· Produce financial reporting at different levels
· Help build monthly, quarterly review reports
· Metrics / KPI generation / reporting:
· Metrics around project, program, department level financials
· Metrics around engineering processes
· Data capture, sanitization, reporting, trend analysis, alerting deviations
Requirements
· Graduate of any degree in the field of education, technology, business management and other related courses
· At least 4 years of related work experience in IT organization
· Strong familiarity with either project tracking software
· Familiar with programming languages and with solid working knowledge of current internet technologies
· Adaptable; reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Self-motivated individual to work closely with different stakeholders
· Research oriented
