The Professional Services Organization at AppDirect drives our channel and partner technical success. AppDirect provides world-class relationship management and consultation to the companies it partners with to launch new marketplace; on-board independent software vendors (ISVs); integrate seamlessly with billing, identity, CRM and other systems; as well as providing customizations to make our customers uniquely successful. We provide the technical expertise for a streamlined experience from the UI to the reports consumed by the data analyst.

This position combines the skills of a project manager, an experienced software developer, and a requirements analyst. You will own the full lifecycle of implementation projects that customize and integrate the AppDirect Marketplace to our customers’ existing system landscapes. This will entail all steps from gathering the initial requirements and breaking them down into actionable and well-defined engineering tasks, on to maintaining a steady course forward throughout the Project Execution, and finally to ensuring a successful Project Delivery. This will require being a team player and making use of excellent communication skills as you work closely with our customer stakeholders and our engineering team in a fast-paced and agile development environment to deliver the right solution for our customers, while steadily expanding AppDirect’s platform functionality, stability and scale.
