About the Role
We are looking for a defense-focused business operations analyst to join our fast-growing Defense team. You will lead task coordination across multiple technical, business, and administrative workstreams. Duties will include administrative tasks including calendar and meeting management, organization and execution of customer meetings, information management, and office administration. The operations analyst will also have the opportunity to develop internal management processes, participate in defense communications and strategy discussions, and engage with Applied customers. You will be addressing some of the most critical “big picture” challenges facing the company and work closely across our leadership team.
You will report to our Head of Defense, Business Development and partner cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This is an operational role that will directly enable revenue growth and effective business operations.
