About the Role
We are taking Applied Intuition from 150 to 300 this next year, recruiting team from ~10 to ~30. We are seeking our first Technical Recruiter in Munich to build and own our EMEA staffing function. This position will support all people-related facets of our growing business in Europe, and will independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for many roles. We are looking for an ambitious & startup-minded person who wants to experience non-linear growth by joining a top company very early and building it to a successful exit. This is a really unique opportunity for someone who is at an inflection point in their own career -- can do the hands-on work today but grow into leadership in the future as we build out our EMEA recruiting team.
