We're seeking a highly skilled Partner Operation Manager with a knack for creativity, superb organization, and a passion for problem-solving. As a vital member of our team, you'll excel in distilling product feedback, analyzing partner and internal user needs, and prioritizing requests to uphold AppsFlyer's position as a global market leader.

The ideal candidate will serve as a central global hub, facilitating communication and collaboration between the Partner Development department (comprising 60+ individuals) and various internal stakeholders, including Senior Management, Marketing, Product, R&D, Finance, and others. They will be responsible for consolidating operational and non-partner-facing activities within the Partner Development team, encompassing tasks such as strategy development, SalesForce & CRM utilization, workflow optimization, internal training, progress monitoring and reporting. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with Partner Development managers and other team members across all 19 of our global offices, streamlining data access, establishing efficient workflows and procedures, and developing tools and processes to provide valuable insights and scalable solutions as they engage with partners worldwide on a daily basis.
