We are seeking a skilled Payment Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our credit card processing relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), orchestrating payment operations, and strategizing to optimize our payment systems. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce, Netsuite, Adyen, Stripe, and Primer.io, along with experience in B2B processing management.
What You’ll Do
- Lead efforts within Finance to design and implement best practice end-to-end ePayment processes and develop a strategic roadmap for process and system implementations
- Business partner with the different finance teams and with external business partners (R&D, Procurement, legal, and service providers) to drive improvement activities, efficiency, and productivity
- Manage and maintain relationships with Payment Service Providers, ensuring smooth credit card processing, payouts, refunds and chargeback management
- Oversee the operation of payment orchestration, ensuring efficient transaction processing
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize payment systems and processes. Integrate payment systems with Salesforce, Netsuite, and Primer.io to ensure seamless operation
- Identify and implement process improvements in the payment operation cycle. Provide regular reports on payment operations and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure completion of payment creation within the systems Primer.io, Netsuite, Salesforce
What You Have
- Comprehensive understanding of Procure-to-Pay process, industry standards, and best practices
- Proven experience in payment operations, specifically in credit card processing, alternative payment methods and B2B payment management
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Netsuite, Adyen, Stripe and alike
- Strong project management experience to lead multiple projects simultaneously in global environments under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Independent, self-motivated, leader
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
