Articulate is a fully distributed company that offers a high degree of autonomy. As part of our talented and driven Business Solutions Team, you’ll work closely with an awesome group of marketing, sales, customer support, customer success, and finance people.
The ideal candidate for this job is a multi-talented individual who has a strong understanding of Articulate’s business systems and knowledge. This person would work to help build a team who can handle frontline inquiries from internal teams and provide the right information, solution or are able to triage the task to the proper internal team.
Here’s a smattering of the tech you’ll be working with: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Apex, SOQL, Visual Studio Code, GearSet, GitHub, Marketo, Avalara, Billing Platform, Workato, Stripe, ZoomInfo, Slack, Gainsight NXT and Okta.
