As a Senior Product Designer II, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic and executional design direction of our products. Your deep understanding of user-centered design principles and keen eye for detail will be the foundation of crafting outstanding and cohesive customer experiences. Our ideal candidate will take a strategic and hands-on role in the development of user-centered products that drive customer satisfaction and fuel business growth. Navigating ambiguity is a strong suit, and you deeply value collaboration using the three-legged stool product development model. You’re passionate about enabling customers with meaningful, self-aware feature work and fostering an internal creative culture of collaboration, positivity, and growth.

- Take full responsibility of large undefined features and/or a whole product, and drive clarity through cohesive, forward-thinking, and industry-competitive design solutions
- Clearly communicate complex concepts to stakeholders representing strategic and user-focused viewpoints with confidence and ease
- Efficiently estimate work timelines, prioritize efforts across multiple verticals, and drive work forward without supervision
- Steer design decision-making to meet the needs of users while also aligning with our business goals, measuring solutions and outcomes against providing customer value
- Drive cross-functional teams forward as a known leader and expert-level resource working on multiple products concurrently
- Mentor developing peers on processes, product knowledge, and design approach
