Engineering Manager, Privy - Attentive

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow the teams building Privy’s Messaging products. You’ll coach, sponsor, and mentor individual contributors, and collaborate with other cross-functional leaders building Privy’s suite of messaging products.
Our ideal candidate is a hands-on manager and excellent communicator, comfortable managing a distributed team and leading with influence rather than relying on managerial authority. This role has a significant impact on Privy’s messaging products and contributes to the success of Privy’s software engineering organization.
