Engineering Manager, SRE - Attentive

Attentive’s platform is currently capable of sending 10s of millions of messages per day and bursting to thousands per second, this team must continue to rapidly scale up our applications reliability as our customer base and engineering org grows. In addition, the team will be responsible for defining standards for running Attentive applications in production. This is a hands-on role where you are expected to balance people management, cross-functional leadership, and operability. You should be comfortable letting your tech leads take true ownership of projects while keeping enough of an eye on things to make sure the train stays on track.
