Attentive is looking to add a Sr. Analyst, Sales and Marketing FP&A to act as a key business partner to our Sales and Marketing organizations. This highly motivated, competitive individual will execute on ongoing planning and reporting needs, provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic departmental decisions, and support our Sales and Marketing leadership achieve their most important objectives. This is a critical position within FP&A as we strive to develop a world-class finance organization, demonstrating stakeholder-focused partnership, an aptitude for bringing clear solutions to complex challenges, and strong work ethic. Reporting to the Director of GTM FP&A, this role will serve as a business and strategic advisor to Sales and Marketing leadership teams to help ensure the financial, strategic, and operational objectives for the business are set, monitored, and met. This role will make significant impacts on the trajectory of the Sales and Marketing organizations and provides an opportunity to dive deep into the analyses and key business levers that are critical to Attentive’s success.
