VP, Client Strategy Operations - Attentive

We are looking for a VP of Client Strategy Operations to push new initiatives forward, implement and optimize tools being used across the team, put advanced analytics at the center of decision making, and ensure that we have the appropriate resources, processes, and compensation frameworks in place to hit ambitious growth and revenue targets.
 
You will bring alignment to the 12 teams and 350+ people within the Client Strategy organization, and execute on the strategies set by the executive team as well as the CS leadership group. All key initiatives will run through your organization whether it is scoping out projects, bringing operational excellence to core processes, or working closely with other teams at the company to make progress on our largest objectives.
 
To thrive in this role you will need to develop a great understanding of our business, build deep relationships across every department in the company, have a strong aptitude for data and analytics, and keep pace in an incredibly fast-moving environment.
 
You will report directly to our Chief Customer Officer.
