Let’s get to business! We are looking for a business-oriented, customer centric, energetic, Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will be responsible for providing support to operations agents ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, internal guidelines, and procedures. The role will assist with daily tasks and functions which may include application processing, customer support, supplemental training, mentoring and coaching agents, implementing process improvement initiatives, performance reviews, and customer account maintenance. 
The SME will also serve as the liaison between agents, Quality Assurance, Training Delivery, and Decisioning with the overall objective of ensuring support activities advances customer operation’s goals and objectives.
