Reporting to the Manager of Training, the Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing digital learning solutions for a growing and dynamic organization. The Instructional Designer will identify, recommend, and create adult learning programs that meet organizational goals across a variety of lines of business. A successful candidate will bring energy and new ideas to creating learning programs that provide engagement and flexibility.
