Where and how you can work
Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
Build the best-in-class experience for our subscriptions and premium customers. You'll lead research initiatives and take key findings to inspire new ideas and improve the existing experience.
Vision and strategy: You’ll work closely with subgroup leads, your triad and team to define and articulate the product strategy and vision for the future of subscriptions at Canva as we scale our adoption across markets and in the world's largest organisations
Research: You’ll deeply understand competitors, trends, patterns, best practices, UX design inspiration, and user and business insights
Collaboration: You'll collaborate and build relationships with teams both within and outside of the Revenue Platform group. You'll work closely with your triad, team and group leadership to create a subscriptions platform that supports millions of customers
Prioritisation: You'll work closely with your triad to lead the defining, shaping and delivery of your team's roadmap - linking feature ideas to business outcomes and customer needs to prioritise our biggest opportunities for creating impact.
