The team:
The Data Extractors Teams at Celonis, brings the customer data into the EMS (Execution Management System) from a wide variety of databases and source systems in a performant, robust and scalable way. We are the front door for our customers, and we strive to reduce latency, increase throughput, and improve reliability and scalability of our data extraction solutions. With a constant focus on improving the data integration experience, we specialize in handling large-scale data processing, orchestrating seamless data extraction pipelines to ensure the smooth and on-time transfer of extensive datasets.
The role:
Engineering Managers are our first layer of management at Celonis - they are people managers with technical expertise. You will lead a strong team of engineers, overseeing their performance and fostering successful group dynamics to achieve the team's mission. You will provide technical guidance, contribute to critical decisions, and ensure manageable technical complexity to build reliable systems at scale. Collaboration with other teams and departments is crucial, with a focus on supporting their objectives while driving your own. You will operate independently, demonstrating leadership across multiple groups, and jointly define goals aligned with strategic initiatives.
