Customer Support Representative - Checkr

Responsibilities:
-Deliver fantastic support to clients and their candidates via email, chat and over the phone
-Help manage quality assurance efforts for candidates’ reports
-Push the team to constantly improve the necessary processes and tools to provide outstanding service

Qualifications:
-Solid written and verbal communication skills
-Excitement about consistently providing phenomenal customer service
-Comfort managing several tasks and issues in a in a fast paced environment
-College degree or equivalent experience
