About the team/role
As a Financial Planning & Strategy Manager - G&A, you will play a critical role on the Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&S) team. The FP&S team is responsible for the financial decision-making across the organization. We partner with business teams to inform and guide strategic decision-making across Checkr. This role is entrepreneurial and cross-functional and, as such, the candidate must be inquisitive, demonstrate initiative and be able to thrive in a collaborative environment. The right candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills to influence data-driven business decisions. You will be the business partner to the G&A functions and combine your financial modeling skills with knowledge of the business to become a trusted business partner. Comfort influencing and interacting at all levels of senior management (including VP, SVP and C-suite) is a must.

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The base salary range for this role is $147,341 to $199,343 in San Francisco.
