ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Quality Assurance Analyst plays a central role at Checkr. At Checkr you will join the small, but growing Compliance team which ensures the accuracy and efficiency of the screening process. You will become part of a hard working, fun loving team creating a new standard of quality in the background screening industry.
*Responsibilities*
-Support quality assurance efforts for background check reports
-Assure on-going compliance with industry and regulatory requirements
-Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive quality assurance actions
-Analyze data and processes to identify areas for systematic improvement
*Qualifications*
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Attention to details and organization
-Customer service oriented
-Strong computer skills
-Ability to analyze and make judgement calls
-Comfort managing several tasks and issues in a fast paced environment
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
