*Responsibilities*

-Deliver consistently fantastic support over the phone and via email
-Support quality assurance efforts at Checkr
-Handle sensitive information, and alleviate concerns in an appropriate and timely manner


*Qualifications*

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone handling experience a plus)
-Passion for consistently providing fantastic customer service
-Comfort managing several tasks and issues in a in a fast paced environment
-Ability to consistently execute on daily responsibilities with minimal oversight
-1+ years of customer service experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment
