Our Company: is at the intersection of Mobile, Payments, and Rewards. We are about to close an $8M “Series A” round of capital from prominent investors. We raised $3.7MM in seed capital in 2013 from Homebrew, Pivot North, and Forerunner Ventures.
Our Product: is a fee-free mobile bank account with real-time location based offers for the millennial generation. We soft launched our product 4 months ago and have gotten 40,000 users in the first few months since launch.
Our Technology: enables us to deliver real-time rewards and make decisions in the “authorization stream” as you at any merchant / store (either through the swipe of our Visa card, or via Apple Pay, etc.)
Our Business Model: is very clear and simple, with several revenue streams already in place and a clear path to profitability in the next 12 months.
Our Founding Team: has a proven track record of success at startups – with four IPOs and one large acquisition under our belts as executives and early employees.
