Senior Manager - Consolidations and M&A Accounting - Compass

We are looking for an M&A Accounting Integration Senior Manager to join our Controllership Group. The individual will report to the Corporate Controller and will be responsible for overseeing the integration of all our acquired entities into Compass’s financial systems and processes. The individual will work with the accounting teams of the acquired entities, the outsourced teams as well as with the various functional teams across Compass on the integration process. The ideal candidate is someone who loves challenging opportunities and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $107,000-$151,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
