About the team:
Our Shipper Technology team builds the platform and APIs that manufacturers and retailers use to book shipments with Convoy, track their shipments, and understand their operational performance. The role requires the leader to have a deep understanding of external customers (shippers) to build self-service solutions through our web portal and through external facing APIs through the customers TMS (Transportation Management Systems). In addition, the role will require a leader to influence and collaborate with Convoy engineering teams to build internal APIs that connect our internal services with our distribution platforms.

They will also have a passion for web and/or mobile technologies and will be knowledgeable about the latest advances in these areas.
