About the team:
The Shipper Insights team develops and delivers world-class FTL freight / supply chain insights that solve meaningful customer problems.  We work across Convoy’s demand team to identify customer needs, analyze data, and develop recommendations for our customers to improve performance, reduce costs, and eliminate waste. 

About you:
The Program Manager (New Shippers), Shipper Insights will focus on developing and delivering insights to high potential shippers early in their relationship with Convoy in order to accelerate account growth and ensure Convoy is meeting shipper expectations.  

You will report to the head of Shipper Insights, working with our Sales team, and collaborating closely with our Data Science, Product, and Marketing orgs. You will combine Convoy’s deep data foundation with customer knowledge and a broad market perspective to deliver benchmarks, diagnostic analytics, look-ahead perspectives for each new account.
