Manager, Growth Development - Databricks

We are expanding our Growth Development team at Databricks and are looking for a strategic leader to manage and grow our EMEA Growth Development Representative team and help us expand our business in the region.

Reporting to the EMEA Director of GDR, you will be an important contributor to our sales leadership team, leading a team tasked to develop new accounts to start their first spend on Databricks. You will be managing a team of 7 Growth Development Representatives working across our Northern European (UK&I, Benelux & Nordics) territory. The GDRs have responsibility for both working alongside AE’s and owning full sales cycle activities to help customers go from spending their first dollar, to expanding adoption of Databricks across our customers' organisations.

You will have closing experience as an individual contributor and will also have led inside sales or field sales teams in the past.
