Staff Data Architect

At Databricks Information Technology, we are a product led organization transforming the way data is sourced, designed and used to help us scale seamlessly in face of incredible growth. We are looking for a Staff Data Architect to be a thought leader in how to design, implement, manage and scale our internal lakehouse architecture using Databricks own product set for all internal use-cases. You will join a growing Data Analytics, Engineering & Integration team that supports the data needs for internal stakeholders, across all business functions. You will report to the Sr Director of Data Analytics, Engineering and Integrations and work closely with our leadership and business partners.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. $172,400—$304,900 USD
