As the Real Estate & Workplace Specialist at Databricks, you will steer the operations of our Berlin office, a crucial hub for our EMEA operations. Your role involves crafting and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and support Databricks' rapid regional expansion. You will be entrusted with the development of office policies, the promotion of employee engagement, and the initiation of sustainability efforts, ensuring our workspace not only supports but also drives our business objectives. You will manage vital third-party relationships, and provide a foundation for our projected growth. You may travel to other office locations within the EMEA region, enabling you to integrate and harmonize practices across our offices. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Real Estate your leadership will influence the innovation and development of Databricks in the EMEA region.
