We are looking for a passionate, driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join Dialpad. You’ll help scale our technical teams by managing and supporting full lifecycle recruiting for Engineering, Product and Design. You’ll also have the opportunity to flex into supporting additional non-EPD organizations within the company.
As a tech-savvy recruiter who is accustomed to filling hard-to-fill and niche roles, you will be charged with finding unique candidates using creative sourcing strategies, developing and fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers, and empowering our organization to hire the best talent.
You’ll build talent pipelines and drive a process that delivers exceptional talent that brings an entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic and a diversity of thought in how they work.
This position reports directly to the Global Technical Manager and will be based in Argentina. This is a 6-month contract with immediate joining.
