The Design Foundations org is seeking a technical, empathetic web engineer who is passionate about working on the face of Discord: discord.com. You will help make our marketing properties blazing fast, and work to empower our marketing teams to move independently and quickly. Design Foundations fosters a unified and delightful Discord experience for all users. We define and uphold the design language, set visual direction, and provide tools which support Discord's company-wide objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000 to $175,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
