Associate, Marketplace Quality - DoorDash

About the Team

The Marketplace Quality team is responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating negative behavior which affects overall delivery quality. The team conducts investigations, adjudications, and deep-dive analysis on a variety of quality concerns for our community, including but not limited to: identity verification, contract violations, never delivered, and offline instances of fraud. The goal of the Marketplace Quality team is to enforce quality standards on the platform to ensure our consumers, dashers, and merchants have a high-quality and safe experience.

About the Role

As an Associate of DoorDash's Marketplace Quality efforts, you will provide tactical execution and project management skills to support the implementation of initiatives of the Trust and Safety organization’s goals. You will partner with multiple stakeholders within Marketplace Quality and other teams, including product, operations, quality assurance, support, and legal. You will improve the Dasher experience, resolve process inefficiencies, keep the team's resources updated, and create new processes and resources in support of our broader team and business partners. You will concentrate on the fine details while also communicating a high-level narrative to leadership and partners. You have some technical experience and a passion for data-driven insights to help make informed decisions that improve our valued community. You are able to execute on action items and deliverables in a timely manner.

You will report into the Manager of our Marketplace Quality Programs in our Trust and Safety organization. This position requires an in-office presence at the DoorDash corporate office in Tempe, and the employee must live within a commutable 50 miles from the office.
