About the Role

We are hiring two Associates onto our New Verticals Strategy & Operations team to focus on expanding our Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail businesses across Canada. In this role, you will work on initiatives that range from growth, quality, cost, efficiency and so much more! The work you do will identify massive quality and cost improvements that will directly impact our ability to grow our New Verticals businesses. You will use a significant degree of analytical thinking and quantitative analyses to drive impact. We operate in a hybrid model, we prioritize getting our teams together in person once a quarter and you have the flexibility to work from home or the office on most days! You are required to be based in Canada and will overlap with cross-functional stakeholders across all of North America.

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below.  Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.  For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.  Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

British Columbia Pay Range:
$96,000$144,000 CAD
