Business Development Representative - Federal - Dragos

Are you looking to jump-start your sales career? Come join Dragos! Our sales team is hiring a Business Development Representative to follow up on inbound leads, prospect potential customer accounts, and build a pipeline for account managers.

Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and outcome-driven. Excellent prioritization, organization, and focus are essential in this role. You’ll work with inside sales representatives and account managers to identify target accounts and craft outbound campaigns to increase awareness and interest in Dragos.

You will be highly effective at building rapport with a variety of decision-makers over the phone. You will relentlessly work toward understanding the needs, pain points, and desired outcomes of our prospects and customers. You must be technically proficient and able to communicate the value of Dragos to both technical and business leaders. You’ll be the type of person who thrives in an early-stage environment.

This role offers a hybrid work environment (1-2 days in the office per week). Dragos headquarters is located in Hanover, MD.
