What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist the Renewal Specialists in their selling processes by preparing quotes.
- Assist Field Account Executives with quotes and with documenting their renewal opportunities as well, as directed by Renewal Specialists and Managers.
- Assist Renewals colleagues with closing completed deals by cross-checking paperwork and SFDC field values to improve velocity and ensure accuracy in SalesForce
- Act as liaison where needed between Renewal Specialists, Sales AEs, Sales Operations, and Deal Desk.
- Maintain accurate records of the assigned renewal requests, quotes, approvals, contract details and other relevant documentation.
- Proactively reach out to Renewal Specialists in advance of future renewals to start renewal paperwork and execute advance prep work.
- Monitor and assist with renewal quote uploads to our renewal automation platform. Monitor progress of uploaded renewals to identify any delays or exceptions that need special handling.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of renewal paperwork, contracts, and other documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualification:
- 6 months to 2 years experience
- Experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Development, or Renewals is preferred
- Bachelor degree required, MBA a plus.
- Sales or technology industry knowledge and acumen is a plus
- Understanding of subscription and SaaS product models is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity or knowledge with Microsoft Office or G-Suite is a strong preference..
- Familiarity with CRM - Salesforce or similar systems - is an advantage as well.
- Willingness to work a split shift, overlapping hours between India and USA is a plus.
