About Role

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development and enhancement of software modules owned by a team. You will guide and mentor junior team members by reviewing their code and designs to ensure that they are writing well designed and high quality code. This role requires good communication skills, as you will need to collaborate across teams.

Key Skills

• 6+ years of experience, preferably in a product company.
• Extensive hands-on experience in any of Go/Python/C/C++/Java on Unix/Linux or Windows platform
• Excellent programming skills, along with Data structures, Algorithms, and Concepts
• Experience in working with Service-oriented Architecture
• Experience in Cloud Technologies (preferably AWS)
• Experience with SaaS high-scale applications/services
• Experience with third-party API integrations at scale (preferred)

Desirable Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum etc.
• Knowledge of the Backup domain will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Dockers will be an advantage

Role and Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the design/development of features.
• Design, development & implementation independently. 
• Gathering & understanding requirements. 
• Work on end-to-end features.

Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E / M.E. / M.Tech (Computer Science) / MCA or equivalent
