IT Operations Associate II - Everlaw
As an Information Technology Operations Associate you will be at the center of all the department’s activities. Drawing on your customer-centered aptitude and excellent problem solving skills to coordinate the varied Corporate IT functions. You will contribute to the dynamic operation of the department as it supports Everlawyers across all of our locations. While simultaneously helping the Corporate IT team succeed.
As a successful candidate, you are self-driven, service focused, and highly organized. You are excited to take on complex problems, suggest creative solutions, and deliver clear, actionable plans. You will demonstrate exceptional collaboration and communication skills by working across teams to organize, and continuously seek to improve our processes.
This position is a particularly good fit for someone interested in joining a fast-growing startup and helping it scale, drawing on and expanding the breadth of their proficiencies alongside the development of the company. You are passionate about customer service and highly adaptable.

This is a full-time position based in our Oakland, California office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.
