Managing Associate General Counsel, Commercial - Everlaw
As Managing Associate General Counsel, Commercial at Everlaw, you’ll join a dynamic legal team working on a variety of legal and compliance issues across the entire company. You’ll report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and will be responsible for leading complex deals and commercial structure improvements in an accelerated growth environment.

This is a full-time position based in our Oakland, California office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.
We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and experienced transactional attorney to lead Everlaw’s legal team.
