The base salary range for this role is $106,000 per year - $158,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing GTM operational plans, strategies, and processes that support the growth of Fanatics Betting & Gaming.  You will partner closely with cross functional channel leads on long term GTM planning and support campaign processes—from planning to implementation to execution. You will use Airtable and other digital tools to develop structured systems that drive efficiency and transparency across the company and translate workflow needs into repeatable methods.

This role requires a deep understanding of campaign processes, project management, and how to make everyday operations more efficient, more digital, and more scalable. A major area of responsibility will be spearheading and managing Airtable success while implementing new features including AI, interfaces, app builds, conditional logics, automations, templates, and tool integrations (including Jira, Snowflake, Confluence, and many others). You will develop a collaborative vision for Airtable and third-party tools to advance company objectives.
