The base salary range for this role is $96,000 per year - $144,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming and an equity award.

Fanatics Sportsbook is seeking a Conversion Senior Manager to lead our efforts in identifying and engaging potential VIP customers. This role is crucial in developing and implementing strategies to expand our VIP customer base. The ideal candidate will be skilled in team leadership, sales strategy, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
