Mission:
As the Product Manager, you will have ownership over the Sales & Customer Success analytics use case at Fivetran. Your guiding metric will be the volume of Sales & Customer Success data flowing through Fivetran. You will learn what questions analysts are trying to answer, decide what data sources they need and design great data schemas to drive analytical success. You will oversee quality assurance of the data and ensure we prioritize fixing misunderstandings. Finally, you will collaborate with analytics to create pre-built reporting on top of the data in collaboration with our key BI partners. You will work directly with multiple engineering teams and a data analytics team to ensure Fivetran is delivering the highest quality data possible. Your success makes sales & customer success analysts more productive and look like superheroes to their teams.
