What You’ll Do:
• Live with customer, market and competition insights; follow economic conditions, e-commerce industry and consumer trends.
• Keep the product range up-to-date and in line with Getir’s commercial strategy. Build location and service based strategies for efficient and customer focused product portfolio .
• Work with Procurement team to implement assortment strategy, Partnership team to implement promotion strategies and Commercial Strategy team to implement pricing strategies.
• Evaluate overall performance of products sold in our stores based on customer needs and Getir financials and differentiate store based assortment accordingly.
• Make product delist offerings after performance analyses and manage stock optimization actions by working closely with Supply Chain team.
• Execute daily Getir store based assortment (planogram) operations.
• Manage relations with Technology and Data Science teams to continuously develop Commercial systems.
What We are Looking for:
• Bachelors degree (Master’s degree preferred) in engineering or business disciplines, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a strategic planning and commercial strategy .
• Passionate for working in dynamic startup environment.
• Multi-tasking.
• Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
• Fluency in English both writing and speaking.
• Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel), Tableau/PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
• Proactive and initiative taker.
• Hunger to learn and relearn.
