● Business partnering to the management and all stakeholders by actively managing the financial risk and opportunities together with formulating recommendations to influence decision making,
● Preparing consolidated financial statements for the management reporting purposes
● Consolidate group countries performance regularly and conduct benchmark analysis
● Act as a bridge between respective business unit and finance teams to contribute to planning activities for assigned areas of the P&L, providing accurate reporting, analysis, and forecasts.
● Evaluate product/project profitability and support the development of strategic and tactical action plans
● Analyze financial performance of franchise operations on monthly basis, develop measurement tools, support counterparts to manage P&L
● Work with country finance teams closely on all matters of financial analysis.
● Participate in the preparation of analyses/reports regarding strategy and strategic projects.
● Be a team player in projects, provide financial support to Business Units,
● Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required
● Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Management) / MBA is a plus,
● 3-5 years of experience in financial consolidation at an Independent Audit Company and/or FMCG companies. Audit background will be an asset.
● Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and modeling skills with the ability to synthesize and analyze data to create actionable strategies,
● Proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams and develop strong working relationships across all levels,
● Good business sense, strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
● Excellent command of MS Office programs,
● Excellent command of written and spoken English,
