Jr. Authentication Support Associate - GOAT
The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Responsibilities
Learn and enforce GOATs authentication and quality control process
Partner with facility leadership to ensure continued training of authentication team members
Assist with the training of authentication team members
Track authenticators training progress and results
Compile training feedback and report back findings to authentication leadership
Perform product research and draft research summaries
Perform other research and training duties as assigned
Requirements
Honest and Authentic
2+ years experience of relevant experience in training, recruiting, or related fields
Strong knowledge of the secondary market
Excellent critical thinking and decision making
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detailed oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong written and oral communication
Experience creating training materials is a plus
