GOAT Group is seeking a Senior HRBP to support our Flight Club Retail stores. The Senior HRBP, Retail is responsible for aligning business objectives with department leaders of our Flight Club business functions globally at GOAT Group. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. This position is critical to the growth and success of our Retail business at GOAT Group and serves as a consultant to senior management on all People related initiatives.
