Senior Manager, Retail Operations - GOAT
As the Senior Manager, Retail Operations at Flight Club, you will oversee a dynamic operations team and ensure that daily goals are met for our customers. We are seeking a visionary leader with experience managing multiple teams who is highly capable of identifying process improvement opportunities, and developing and implementing solutions to drive performance. To ensure success you must be a true leader who possesses ‘big picture’ understanding, a calm demeanor, ability to think on your feet and quickly pivot in the moment, as well as intense focus on delivering exceptional results. This position will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound product movement within the facility, monitoring intake, order volume and stock levels to determine resource needs daily. Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills will be critical for this role, as order volume and the operational needs of the facility can fluctuate day-to-day.
