Job Summary:
- Coordinate with authors and get OPERAs completed in a timely manner
- Create presentations for L&D sessions as well as business review meetings with leadership
Skill & Experience Needed:
- Provide enablement support to a 300+ member sales organization
- Work with other departments such as IT, Strategy/Operations, etc. for data gathering and analysis
- Maintain the Analytics dashboards for Sellers and Sales Leadership
- Create engaging presentations that represent complex ideas in a simple manner
- Author and edit high quality documents that adhere to recommended language and formatting standards, and educate a diverse audience on a variety of topics
- Identify areas of improvement in current processes and implement changes to increase process efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare recommendations on organizational opportunity improvements
- Gather feedback from critical stakeholders and synthesize it into clear priorities and action items
- Project-manage key improvement initiatives with a cross-functional group of business stakeholders
- Develop documentation around process changes for consumption by multiple teams
- Support the development and running of the learning and developing sessions to train teams on new processes and plays
