About the Role
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our new hire onboarding program, as well as developing training for ongoing learning initiatives within the Product & Engineering organization in our Hyderabad office. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and facilitate learning experiences that support employee development and organizational growth.
The right candidate will be fast moving and comfortable working autonomously, supporting and facilitating a variety of programs and events. You will act as an extension of your Highspot North America counterparts in India, including owning the feedback loop on existing programs and processes.
